Issue 1: 86% of pupils agree or strongly agree that the school encourages them to look after their physical health.
Action 1: SLT staff will begin monitoring the increase in chocolate bars and crisps at break time in KS2. These are not allowed under our Healthy Eating approach, so staff will act to stop this from happening.

Issue 2: 55% of pupils believe that the behaviour of other pupils in lessons is good all of the time or most of the time; 37% of pupils believe that the behaviour of other pupils in lessons is good some of the time.
Action 1: A new behaviour policy has been written for the school. Governors are meeting to agree this new policy on 5th February 2020. This will be introduced to staff between this date and the end of Summer 1 half term, training provided and the new policy implemented. It will take time to do this, because training is required.
Issue 3: 57% of pupils believe that the behaviour of pupils around the school is good all of the time or most of the time; ; 37% of pupils believe that the behaviour of other pupils around the school is good some of the time.

Action 2: Ambassadors to participate in this term’s security review of the school premises with the site manager, health and safety governors and Head Teacher.
Issue 5: 30% of pupils believe that they are not given enough information about transition/next steps, or have not received any information at all. Apart from a few spurious answers, most answers related to Year 5 pupils wanting to know about secondary school, or year 6 pupils curious about university and options for Further Education.
Action 1: As part of the School Development Plan, the school is already trying to develop links with universities in order to be able to show Year 6 pupils what options they have for the future.
Action 2: Transition Days with local secondary schools for Year 5 have already been organised for the summer term.
Action 3: To make links with career advisors in order to facilitate sessions providing career advice to Year 6 pupils.
