CHILDREN ARE TO BE COLLECTED VIA THE MAIN ENTRANCE.THERE IS A BELL ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE OFFICE WINDOW THAT WILL RING THROUGH TO THE FAB STAFF IN THE CLASSROOM.

We are now using ParentPay for all bookings as per the notifications sent on recent newsletters.

Please note that as per the charging / club policy, bookings should be made a week in advance.

Your account will also require either credit or pay as you book. If you have not activated your account yet, an email was sent before Christmas with your user name and password. Please kindly check your junk email box or contact the school office for advice.

You will no longer have to email trips@fairhaven.dudley.sch.uk confirming payment because your ParentPay account will have all the information you will need to confirm your bookings and / or provide any government agencies with evidence if required. We will be able to pick up reports confirming the status of your bookings and account from our end.
