Pupil Leaders
Pupil Leader Roles

House Captains – one boy and one girl from year 6 only to represent each house. Meet every 2 weeks. These leaders help to promote exemplary behaviour and school values.
Fairhaven Forum – one pupil/representative from each class. Meet every 2 weeks. These leaders help make decisions about how school runs.
Digital Defenders – one pupil representative from each class. Meet every 2 weeks. These leaders carry out projects throughout the year linked to e-safety and digital development.
Wellbeing Warriors - one pupil representative from each class. These leaders carry out projects throughout the year linked to wellbeing and the environment.
Maths Mates - one pupil representative from each class. These leaders carry out projects throughout the year linked promoting Maths.
Book Buddies – five pupils who are confident readers from years 6, 5 and 4 each (15 total). These pupils will be matched to a reading buddy from years 1, 2 and 3. These leaders support younger pupils to enjoy reading. They meet with their book buddy weekly to listen to them read for 5-10 minutes.
Playground Pals – 5 pupils from years 6 and 5 each. (10 in total). These pupils lead games and activities on the KS1 playground at lunchtimes.
